life-store is a personal, single-user application. Its only user is its operator, and the only data it processes is that operator's own.
With the operator's explicit consent it reads one Gmail mailbox using the read-only Gmail scope (gmail.readonly). It never sends, modifies or deletes email.
Email, attachments and documents are stored in the operator's own Google Cloud project, in private storage with no public access, and are used solely to build the operator's private records. No data is shared with, sold to, or made available to any third party, and nobody other than the operator can access it.
The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Gmail is used only to provide the operator's own life-admin records and is not used for any other purpose.
Data is retained for as long as the operator chooses; the operator can delete any or all of it at any time, and can revoke the application's access from their Google Account settings.
